Leaving for Paris soon on a RS tour. Already did Verifly app and approved as ready to fly with American Airlines (uploaded CDC doc). As far as a Travel Certificate required by France that I see mentioned as a requirement, is that done at border control? Thank you.
If you mean the locator form -- the airline will give you the links to do that on line. There were no other travel certificates when we arrived in September orApril.
Delta was handing out the form on the flight to people who still needed to complete it. One couple on our tour had to complete it in the airport when they got to France.
Thanks for your answer. Yes, I did the EU locator form online. I see here at https://fr.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/ states:
"Anyone entering France or transiting through France must have an attestation, available here. You do not need an endorsement from the Embassy for this attestation." The "here" does not link to anything that's an attestation form for those from green countries and entering France.

Thanks much, possibly the airline hands out. Just never have found it under links to the attestation form.
There is no attestation required any longer. They should update their language.
Ah ha! Thanks Kim, much...
