Transportation from Pau

Hello, could someone please tell me what kind of transportation is available from Pau to St. Jean-de-luz and/or San Sebastian?

Also need a recommendation for hotel in Pau. TIA!

Looking Up Train Schedules and Routes Online gives you the Deutsche Bahn train schedule link and tips for using it. This will give you schedules to French stations, including the border station at Hendaye. Not many long-distance trains cross the border, so you'd change there to the local EuskoTren to reach San Sebastian. OuiBus also runs between St. Jean-de-luz and San Sebastian. Both sides of the border are described in Rick's Spain 2018 guidebook.
