transportation from antibes to st. paul de vence

I'll be staying in Antibes for 5 days, doing day trips. I'd like to go to St. Paul de Vence for a day to visit the old town and the foundation Maeght.
Is there public transportation from Antibes to SPDV or is there a tour I can take from Antibes to SPDV?
I'd prefer not to rent a car
thanks diane

I used Rome2Rio.com to get an idea of what is available. You seem to have a choice of taking a train to Cagnes sur Mer (note: NOT Cannes!) and switching to a bus, or taking two buses, changing in Cagnes sur Mer. (You end up on the same Line 400 bus either way.) The website will give you links to the appropriate bus companies' web sites. It looks as though the buses run fairly frequently, but you should check the schedule when you get to France. Online info isn't always current and schedules can vary seasonally. Be very careful about day of the week (and holidays), because in some countries bus frequency drops sharply on weekends.

Some Googling will probably turn up day tours from Antibes to Saint-Paul-de-Vence. If so, you might find some reviews on TripAdvisor.

Sorry I can't provide a suggestion based on experience. My first trip to that area will be next year.

That's the same solution I found last time I looked it up in Rick's Provence/Riviera guidebook. (I can't find the last thread that I answered, but it must be somewhere on this forum.)

Bus 200 from Antibes or the train to Cagnes sur Mer and then bus 400 to SPdV.

thanks everyone. This is very helpful. This is good news and rome2rio.com is an awesome site. It lays out my options precisely. Using either option would work. I might like to try the train to bus at Cagnes sur Mer) option, since I would be going to Eze another time and it would give me a chance to discover the train location for other trips.
Is this the same Train Station that takes me to Arles (via Marseilles) ? Or it there another train station in Antibes?

Thank you again so much
