Transportation for 7 in Paris (from train station to hotel)

We are getting in about 8pm local time, and need to get to our hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Using public transit is not a straight shot, and we'll have all of our belongings with us. I'd rather not split up in to two taxis. Does anyone know of a good transportation option that can carry all of us with our luggage door to door (without it costing an absolute fortune)? Thanks in advance.

You may want to mention if children's safety seats are needed or not, whether all are adults and how much luggage you are talking about.

Check with your hotel. They may have, or can certainly arrange, shuttle service.

Could you also mention which train station you're arriving at?

Thanks everyone. We are arriving at Gare du Nord and we are 7 adults with 7 large suitcases.

Gare du Nord is the epicenter of taxi crime in Paris Alas where groups are ripped off by drivers daily. It is one place I would arrange for a shuttle ahead of time. Shuttles are unreliable but Gare du Nord Taxis are crooks.
Should you take a taxi from Nord (large ones can take 7 but I doubt you will find any cab or shuttle that can really take 7 with 7 large bags.) be sure it is on the meter and that you pay only 4 Euro each for the last 3 passengers. There are no fixed prices for cabs in Paris except from the airports; anyone else trying to pull that is a crook.

Take two taxis and be done with it. Why complicate your life?

I agree with Norma, just take two taxis. Exiting the track area, turn right and through the doors to the taxi area. You may have to wait in line. A dispatcher, if any, might be able to help you find a single vehicle big enough, or just take two. Write down the hotel name and address to show the driver(s). Don't accept any rides offered by people in the station itself, that's how to get ripped off. Your hotel should be able to give you an estimate of the fare, and might be able to line up something for you (at a cost). With seven people even two taxis will be a pretty good deal.

I think you should take 2 or more taxis to your hotel. Getting from airport or train station to and from your hotel are important legs of your journey, and should be considered part of your transportation costs -- as necessary as your plane or train fare. Trying to save money on this, or needlessly inconveniencing yourself is not a good idea in my opinion.

Just make sure those two taxis don't each insist it is a fixed fare of 55 Euro for your 15 Euro ride which is a daily occurence there. If they don't run the meter, insist that they return to the station and let you take another taxi. And be prepared to photograph the license plate and information on the inside door of any taxi taken at Nord. One traveler recent reported that they were charged 75 Euro fixed fare for what should have been a 15 Euro ride.

Thank you again, everyone. I did contact the hotel and for 65euros they will pick us up and bring us to the hotel.

I also appreciate all of the taxi advice!

Taxis can carry up to 7 people with luggage, so I am not sure why anyone would suggest two taxis.

Arrange with Snapcar in advanced, 4 or 5 days before pickup would be ideal. These are the same drivers who contract with and drive for the Mon Chauffeur service of the SNCF. It shouldn´t cost more than 35€ to 45€. The driver will be waiting in front of the station near the orange statue of a winged bear (I am not really sure what the statue is supposed to be or to represent).

65€ for a shuttle company is robbery.

65 is a real rip off for the distance here -- you would pay that with 7 people coming in from CDG. Two taxis would cost less on the meter, probably about half that.
