Transportation by boat from Arles to Avignon on the Rhone

We are planning a trip to Avignon in late April. We are going to take a day trip by train to Arles. When we're ready to return to Avignon, I thought it would be great to hop on a boat/ferry on the Rhone River to return to Avignon. Is there such a boat/ferry (like the K-D lines along the Rhine) where you can hop on in one town and hop off in another?
