What is the best way to get from Paris Marais district to Orly? Our flight leaves at 9:00 a.m. with a 2 hr check in - Easy Jet. I do not know how difficult it is to get a cab early in the morning. We are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Any suggestions?
Also, is work still being done on the Metro / Louvre stop?
Try booking a shuttle. I would try to get to the airport at least 3 hours early. That way, if there was a delay, all is not lost.

I second the idea of reserving a shuttle - you pay ahead of time (when you book), and it's "door to door" service. Definitely worth it, and not really expensive (comparable to cab fare).
Where is your flight to? If you're flying to another European destination, there,s no need to be there 3 hours ahead. In fact, your EasyJet check-in desk won't even be open to receive you that far ahead.
For two people heading to Orly at that time from the Marais, I would take a taxi. You'll spend almost as much to get the two of you there in a shuttle, and it will be much more convenient and easy in a taxi.
