GVA Geneva Switzerland is the closest. There are regular different bus operators serving Chamonix to Geneva airport

There are several shuttles that are much faster than trains on this route. We used AlpyBus and were very happy. You could ask your hotel if they have one they recommend.

Years ago we took a Chamexpress shuttle from Geneva Airport to our hotel in Chamonix. . It was great to have door to door service.
Chamexpress offers this service in reverse too.

We used Mountain Dropoffs to go from our hotel in Chamonix to the airport in Geneva in July and were happy with the service.
