To give you an appropriate answer, you should clarify what you mean by "best." Your "best" isn't necessarily the one someone else would choose.
Best = Cheap? Fast? Comfortable? Easy?

you can take a TER (regional train).

there is a TER at the TLS train station.
it's a train. takes an hour.
