I'm wondering if anyone used a private transfer from MRS airport to Avignon. I'm aware that we can take the train, but after 16 hours
of traveling I'm not sure that would be a good option. On the other hand, we could spend the night near MRS and take the train
the next morning but waking up in Avignon is much more appealing. Any recommendations?

The Marseille Provence airport maintains an unusually helpful internet site. It shows transportation alternatives along with advice. You could, for instance, unwind and catch up on your sleep in nearby Aix-en-Provence and then hop over to Avignon in the morning. But the move from airport to Avignon is not harrowing, either.

Thank you Southern, I hadn't given Aix-en-Provence any though, I'll give it a look see.
