Can anyone suggest a driver who could meet six of us at CDG and transfer us to Saint Malo? This would be on May 5. Thank you!

Ask your hotel in St- Malo to arrange for a driver.

That's a distance of almost 450 km! And would take close to 5 hrs depending on traffic. A driver with a van big enough for 6 pax plus all the luggage= very, very expensive. Are you really sure that's what you want to do?

We have different ideas of what a transfer is. For me, a transfer would be from the St Malo train station to your hotel, not from CDG which is a long way. There are trains from CDG to Rennes, connecting to St Malo which will take about 4 to 5 hours, but it is much too early to book trains.
Around February, check the SNCF website to better understand your options:

May 5 will be a peak travel day when trains will be full. Sales open on 24th Jan at around 6:00 AM CET, that's 00:00 EST. Look on that day if you can, for the best of best rates.

trains booked very early tend to be quite cheap. A driver would have to be paid for the round trip -- not YOUR trip back but his trip back after going that far.
