Transfer at CDG

We are flying on Air France, and arriving at Terminal 2E. We will then be leaving on a flight from Terminal 2G. We are flying on one ticket, so our luggage will be transferred for us. From what I have read, we will need to go to Terminal 2F to catch a bus for 2G. Is this correct? Where will we find the bus to 2G, and will this be obvious when we get to Terminal 2F. Thanks for any help with this.

I suggest you copy a map of the terminals from easyCharlesdeGaulle, either into your phone or on paper.

While your checked bags should be transferred to your destination, you may go through security at the second flight for your hand bags.

Just a heads up that Terminal 2E has 3 Gates/Buildings, K, L & M.

Yes, you have to take a bus, but it leaves from 2 F so you have to get there first, which if you arrive at Hall M means you have to get to Hall K or L first, then 2F (Exit 2d -- Departures level), then the bus to 2G.

Here's an overview, which can be helpful to get an understanding, look on the righthand side.

I am not sure that a printed map will be that helpful, since you mostly have to go in the wrong direction to get to the bus.
