Hello, will be in France for 3 weeks in September. Mainly Bordeaux, Toulouse, Pau with day trips from these cities and from Pau to San Sebastian. Are the trains still on strike? We will not have a car and will depend totally on trains. Hoping the union problems have been resolved. TIA!
