Hi, I'll be taking the train from Reims to Paris. Which stations are best to depart from and end at? We are staying near the Eiffel Tower.

Edited to reverse the direction and remove mentions of station names in Reims:
Trains to Reims depart from Paris's Gare de l'Est. To get to Gare de l'Est, you'll need to either take the metro or a taxi from your lodging.

you don't have a choice of train stations; each station serves particular regions -- the trains to Reims go from Gare l'est and you will want to arrive at Reims Ville. The TGV serves this line and takes 45 minutes.

Thanks everyone. I do not see a station called Reims Villa. Is this this different from Reims - Centre?

Reims Ville (ville = 'city') is the same as Reims Centre and is the main railway station.
The other SNCF stations with 'Reims' in the name are much smaller minor stations and are Reims-Franchet-d'Esperey and Reims Maison Blanche.
