After 3 days in Paris I would like to take the train to Avignon then on to the French Riviera with several stops along the way. The train travel will be from May 5-7. I will take a ferry from Nice to Corsica where I will meet my son for a few days of sailing before flying home from Nice. There are so many options for trains and I want to be sure I pick the right pass...suggestions?

Please do not assume a pass will be good for you. Calculating point-to-point tickets is the only way to know if a pass will save money. Plus, on the rides you are suggesting, a seat reservation will be required. With a pass, the reservations have to obtained separately, at extra cost. Individual tickets booked through SNCF include the seat.

Don't buy a pass. buy normal advance purchase discounted tickets.
