Train travel from Paris to Aix en Provence

I am trying to determine the TGV (fast train) stations Leaving Paris and arriving in the town of Aix en Provence. I have determined we should depart out of Paris at the Gare de Lyon station, but am unsure of the choice of station arriving in Aix en Provence. There seems to be multiple stations to choose from when on the Oui.sncf website. I would appreciate guidance. Thank you

I just see it going to Aix-en-Provence TGV. I have done that route in reverse, I think the TGV trains only stop at this station which is 9km or so outside of town.

Like to confirm site you were using. I was on the official Oui.sncf site. Is that the best site to use when booking train travel in France.

Yes, that is the best site for buying French rail tickets.

It is sometimes a bit confusing when you have to choose a specific rail station in a larger city. In most cases, if you choose the "wrong" one, you will get routing options with an extra connection at the "right" station. If you look at the details for the trip to see where and when you need to make connections, it will be pretty clear that the main train goes to Station X and you are going to need to take a short connecting train to your selected station, Station Y. That may well be what you'd want to do in Aix, anyway, because the distance isn't walkable and the additional cost may be negligible (maybe even zero for all I know). In other situations you might instead choose to change your destination to Station X and just walk, take a city bus, or take a taxi from there to your hotel.

You could also the Loco2.com site, which offers the same prices and is generally more user and American CC friendly.

There is a frequent, and inexpensive bus (€4.30) between Aix and the TGV station.
