I need information re: purchasing one way train tickets from Nice to the Brussels airport. Does this train run 7 days a week? Where is the best place to purchase them?

It's about six to eight hours from Nice to central Brussels. I would suggest booking on www.capitainetrain.com, but be careful that you don't book on a journey that requires crossing Paris. You may have to change at Lille. Note that whichever train you get you will have to change at Brussels to get to the airport.
But unless you have a major reason to avoid flying, it will be much quicker to go by plane. Brussels Airline and Easyjet both link the two.

There are a few direct trains from Nice to Brussels, but nothing all the way to Brussels Airport.
