train travel for May

I'm probably reaching for a limb, but does anyone know if the TGV and RER will be affected in May 2020.
My wife and I will be spending 23 days in France - arriving in Paris, on to Annecy, then Lyon, then Strasbourg
and either Obernai or Troyes, then enduing up back in Paris.

Next month Trainline will be making tickets for the above train travel available for purchase so I'm simply looking at options.
I certainly don't want to drive a car in Paris.

Any light you can shed would be greatly appreciated!

No, It is impossible to know if the SNCF strike will still be on or off more than a few days in advance, Any prediction for May is pure Crystal Ball. The trains which do run changes from day to day. However, slowly, the number of trains is increasing every day.

"Next month Trainline will be making tickets for the above train travel available" - it is not Trainline which controls the availability, it is SNCF, which runs the trains. Trainline merely resells SNCF tickets

Does SCNF have a schedule of when they make tickets available for sale? We want to go from Paris to Bayeux on April 29th. Right now the SCNF website shows 04/29/20 itineraries that would require three trains or two trains and a bus for a trip lasting about 4 1/2 hours. However, for one week earlier (04/22/20), the SCNF website shows four different times for a 2 hour 40 minute trip on one train. Seems like the one train trip option will be made available for 04/29/20, but when?

In my frustrating experience, SNCF initially only shows these convoluted, multi-stop fares to Caen and Bayeux. But as you get closer, they will eventually show the direct trains. Not sure how long it takes them to list these or why, but I would just keep checking until you see the logical train choices.
