I'm hoping some of the seasoned European travellers here can advise me on travelling to San Sebastian from Bayeux in Normandy by train. It appears that the local train connections present some challenges at the Spanish border and that it may be necessary to take the train back to Paris? Thanks for any advice you can provide. FYI, we are looking at late September travel dates.

Because the Euskotren is a "private" local system, not part of the national railways, it won't show up on most train schedule searches, just on its own site.
