We are arriving at CDG midday on June 4. Does anyone know if the train strike that is taking place that day will affect the RER trains from the airport?

It does not appear that the final strike impact information is decided yet. Keep checking.
While it may get crowded, Roissybus will take you from the airport to the Opera in the
city and then Metro or taxi can get you to your final destination, if the trains are impacted.

Usually when there is a strike that affects the RER B, they end up just running fewer trains; there will be some trains to the city just not as many as usual. I wouldn't worry about it.
