Train or Plane to Paris, and some hostel/hotel recommendations?

Hi there! First time traveling to Europe. So far I've booked my departure and return flights and booked my airbnb and hotels from 5/27-6/2.

I'm debating on 6/3 whether i should take the THALYS from AMSTERDAM -> Paris, or FLY to PARIS using Transavia ($81, 1.5 hours).

Here's my itinerary so far.
5/27 (Sat) - ARRIVE in PRAGUE 5PM; (4 nights)
5/28 (Sun) - Prague castle & St Vitus Cathedral
5/29 (M)- East Prague: charles' bridge, old town, jewish quarter
5/30 (Tu) - South Prague
5/31 (W) - FLY to Amsterdam; Arrive 2:25 PM; (3 Nights)
6/1 (Th)- Amsterdam
6/2 (F) - Amsterdam
6/3 (Sat) - AMS TO PARIS, arrive 11 AM (4 nights)
6/4 (Sun) - Paris
6/5 (M) - Paris
6/6 (Tu)- Paris
6/7 (W) - PARIS TO LONDON (eurostar), Arrive 10 AM (4 nights)
6/8 (TH) - London
6/9 (F) - London
6/10 (Sat) - London
6/11 (Sun) - DEPART London 4PM

I also havent booked my eurostar from Paris to London yet. Debating if i should arrive 10am or 4pm in London.

Any tips where to stay in Paris and London too? Budget is about less than $1.3k at this point

Amsterdam to Paris, take the train (Thalys). It will be faster city centre to city centre, and a lot more comfortable and less grief.

Paris and London - anywhere in the centre near to a métro/tube station. You will be using these to get around.
London prices: nothing under £100 per night, expect to pay around £150 per night for a basic hotel. More for luxury.
