Train on Sunday - Mont St. Michel to Paris

Rick Steves says trains "almost non-exsistent" on Sunday from Mont St. Michel to Paris.
Yet, I find a schedule for 4 departures. Can anyone clarify, The only night I can stay is a Saturday

4 departures per day is "almost non-existent" compared to many train services.

I find just 3 connections per day (I looked on https://www.bahn.com/en/view/index.shtml for this coming Sunday, 18th Nov.). There is no rail line from Mont St Michel, these 3 connections involve a bus Mont St Michel to Rennes and then a train to Paris Montparnasse. The limitation is the restricted bus service on a Sunday. Bus times for next year probably aren't available yet.

[Edit] I see that phrase at the start of the chapter related specifically to the Pontorson station. You have additional options with a longer bus connection to the high-speed train at Rennes.

If you do not find a convenient combination "bus to Pontorson + train to Paris (through Rennes)" or "bus to Rennes + train to Paris", you may have a look at a last option "bus to St Malo + train to Paris (through Rennes)". Depending on the number of people travelling, it may not be more expensive to take a taxi from Mont Saint Michel to Rennes and then a train to Paris.
