I've never heard of round trip train tickets. You would book 2 one way tickets from Eurostar, the company that operates the train.
But what is this Salzbury in the title. Did you mean Salisbury? Are you going there from London?

Assuming you mean Salisbury with a phonetic spelling, the best place is Eurostar.com for the ticket to London St Pancras. and Southwestern railways for the ticket from London Waterloo to Salisbury. Allow at least 75 minutes between St Pancras arrival and departure from Waterloo, and at least 120 minutes the other way (due to check-in requirements at St Pancras). Seasoned folks would cut it closer, but it's best to be safe (especially on the way back).
