I am trying to book a TGV ticket from CDG to Saint Raphael but the online process has a choice "Ticket collection at a station" in Belgium or Netherlands. I will not be in either country. How do I buy a train ticket on line? It will not let me bypass this part.

Hi. What web site are you using? Use SNCF web site, indicate France as your country. It should allow an eticket that you can print yourself, or option to pick up in a station in France. Enjoy your trip!

Check to make sure that you didn't designate Belgium as your home country in the home country selection list.
