I'd like to travel to Cannes from Nice on July 14 to watch the fireworks at the Pyrotechnique Festival. The show ends around 10:30 or 11:00 PM. How late do the trains between Cannes and Nice operate? Will the schedule be different because it's a holiday? I imagine it will be very crowded too. Do the trains ever "sell out" after festivals? I'm trying to decide if I should just spend the night in Cannes and head back to Nice the next morning. Thank you!
Last train is 11:52 pm on July 14. Its a TER, so it will not sell out. You may have to stand, but you will get on the train. Its 41 minutes. The earlier 11:29 pm train only makes a couple of stops, so that one takes 30 minutes.

Have you looked at the sncf website? It looks like there are 2 trains after 2300 hrs. The last is at 2352.
Thank you!
