When I read about a tour in France it said we have to pick up our car. I thought we were on busses going from place to place. I don’t want to drive, please.

Nope, that is not the way the tour itinerary description is worded for Rick's My Way tour of France or for any of the other of his tours in France.
Hopefully the OP will be back to let us know what company she has been looking at.
