My name is Tony and Im a senior male living in the Dallas area. That said, Im booked for the RS tour of Paris 6 from Oct 5th thru Oct 11th. From Paris Im going to Salzburg, Hallstadt, Bertesgarden and Rothenburg on my own before returning from Frankfurt on Oct 19th. My travel partner notified me yesterday that she is unable to go due to family health issues. I just recently moved to the Dallas area and don't know of anyone that can go on the trip. So, Im looking for preferably a senior female that might like to fill the spot. I have already booked airfare the tour and hotels after the tour. Basically it would be a 16 day free trip to europe. Only out of pocket for them would be odd and end things like gifts and Souvenirs.

I’m sorry to hear that. Before going too far down this road with any possible alternate, though, have you or your partner checked with the RS office to see what their policy is about this kind of proposed substitution? And normally airlines don’t allow a switch of passenger identity on a purchased ticket, but you’d need to confirm that directly with the airline that issued it.

That's a nice offer! But the airlines won't let you transfer a ticket to someone else, unfortunately.

Have you asked the RS tour office if this can be done ?
The airline ticket cannot be transfered
I don’t know how long RS Tours keep a wait list but maybe they can find someone to join you?
