He really doesn't do a tour for just those two. This is probably

The Best of Europe tours in either 14 or 21 days would include a lot of France and Italy along with some other locations. You could also do two separate tours, one in each country, and string them together (“back to back.”). Or you could do a tour in one country and then go to the other country independently.
