Tour groups to Normandy leaving from Vernon or Giverny

I hope to be staying either in Giverny or Vernon for two days in July and wanted to know if any tour groups would pick up travelers in either Giverny or Vernon for a day tour of the Normandy area. I want to avoid going to Paris to pick up a day tour to Normandy from there. Does anyone know of a tour company that would pick up travelers in either Giverny or Vernon?
Thanks! Diane

From Vernon, you could get a train to Caen or Bayeux and meet a tour group in the morning.

Edit-I see a 5-hour tour offered through Viator starting form the Caen Memorial Museum, on the opposite side of Caen from the train station, about 2 1/2 miles. Starts at 1 pm. You would have to return via Gare St Lazare in Paris.

Most of the tours (I recommend a full-day tour) leave from Bayeux. I don't know whether it would be possible to get from Vernon to Bayeux early enough in the morning to catch one of those tours. (I'm not an early riser; I certainly wouldn't be willing to do it that way.) The tours leave from central Bayeux in a location that can be a bit tricky to locate, and it's a decent walk from the train station, which is out by the perimeter road.

You can check the rail schedule on the SNCF website.

There are lots of good options for D-Day tours. The names most often mentioned on this forum seem to be Overlord and Dale Booth.
