So excited to join the My Way Alpine tour it ends in Chamonix on Sept 4 right after breakfast. We (3 couple)s would like to stay another night or two. Any recommendations on 1 extra or 2.

Chamonix is a wonderful place to visit. I say xtra 2 days. Plenty to do, hike, take gondola over to Italy for the day and back. If weather is not good for my suggestions tale the train to Annecy for the day.

Hotel Hermitage has great views of Mt Blanc, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a nice breakfast. Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. It's about a 5-minute walk to the town center.
