There are 5 adults in our group and we are staying at Chateau Les Merles near Bergerac. We would like to book a guided day excursion as stated in the title line. We would like pick up from our hotel or in Bergerac. Can anyone suggest a great guide or tour company?I looked in RS's guide book and contacted Taxi's ala Carte via their website and gmail and have not heard back. Is anyone aware if this company is still in business? (BTW does anyone know if it's customary for the french to delay responses to emails or not respond at all? This isn't the first time this has happened.)
Is there a way to find out if a company listed in RS's book has gone out of business?

This question appears to have been posted 3 times. Perhaps if you remove some of the surplus your answers will be more concentrated and make more sense. I posted my answer in one of the others.
