Can anyone suggest good reasonably-priced hotels in Toulouse within walking distance of the town center?

If you Google this website, you will find all vacation rentals, hotels and BnBs in Toulouse.
Look on the map to see if you can walk to the town center:

The Hotel Albert is outstanding !!!
about 90 euros per night, right in the city center, and really excellent accommodations. Also has a great breakfast.
Check out the city of Toulouse website (Toulouse metropole tourist guide) for suggestions on walking tours of the city, they were all great.
