Hello RS Community: Anyone have a recommendation for centrally located, reasonably priced, family or local hotel / BnB in Toulouse? I will be in a small village nearby (Gramont) and fly out of Toulouse. If you had a great recent experience somewhere, please let me know!
If you have any additional advice for restaurants or other tips, those would be welcome and appreciated as well!

I posted this in answer to a similar question in July:
Three years ago we stayed right on the town square pedestrian area at the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights. We could walk to all major sites and use the metro easily. We got a very good rate but didn’t book breakfast. There were 2 bakeries next door that we used for breakfast. I’d easily stay in this hotel again. We had also looked at boutique hotels and less expensive chain hotels but this was a good fit, price and location for us.
