Toulouse as starting point for trip to south of france

I would recommend 2 full days at least. It’s a lovely city. Very easy to walk all over.

Toulouse is a nice city to enjoy. Visit the TI to pick up maps with directions for walking tours. Add an extra day if you want to visit the Air Bus factory and take a tour. Do not miss having cassoulet at Le Colombier, 14 Rue de Bayard. For a quick lunch, grab a sandwich at the bakery/restaurant Secrets de Pains, 13 Rue Jean Suau.
