Am going to be spending about 5 days in Toulouse and was looking for suggestions of things to do and see while there, the end of May. Also has anyone ever taken a tour of Toulouse itself with a guide while there? Thanks

I haven't taken a tour with a guide. If you go to the TI at south side of the Place du Capitole, you can get a lot of good info including a map with a number of interesting walking tours. Here's a link to the city's official tourism website. if you scroll to the bottom of the page, There's a link to pdf's that include the walking tour. For a great dining experience, have the cassoulet at Le Colombier. That dinner was the reason I visited Toulouse.
