I have about 2 days to spend in Alsace regions. Besides Colmar, could you recommend the top 3 must-visit villages? What are top things I should do in these villages? How long do you think it would take to have a skim of these villages?

Eguisheim, Kaysersburg, Riquewehr, Obernoi are all charming. Kayersburg is the birthplace of humanitarian Dr. Albert Schweizer; it was part of Germany when he was born. Colmar is not a village, much larger and, honestly, it was the only place in Alsace we didn't care for. Do not miss visiting the beautiful city of Strasbourg.
I would suggest Obernai, was there once in 1999, a small, charming and lovely place, very close to Strasbourg.
With your tight schedule, the Ophorus "Pearls of Alsace" small group tour might work for you. We took this tour in 1015 and had a great time. We got a "skim" - and that's all we had time for.
