We have plans to visit Disneyland Paris next week when the temperature will hit 96 degrees. We'd appreciate any advice from folks who have been there with young kiddos during a summer heatwave. We have no idea how the park is laid out and whether there are spots to duck into cool shade. We are in our mid-70's and cannot tolerate high temps much these days. Our granddaughter is 2 years old.
The free tickets were given to us from a family friend back in San Francisco who is from Paris but is now working at Pixar so we feel like we could skip it if we can't find ways to make this trip happen. We had originally thought to take the RER A train early in the morning but I suspect it will be awfully crowded with like-minded families with strollers in tow like us. Heat and crowds is a tough mix. Can anyone tell us whether it would be workable to simply hire a taxi to get us there and back from Paris and if you might have a taxi/car service to recommend. Thank you in advance.
