Tipping a car service

My d is arriving at CDG and I've arranged Paris Web Car to meet her and take her to her hotel. The fare is usually 80 Euro, but with a Rick Steves discount it's 72Euro. Should she tip the driver and, if so, how much.

If it were me I would round it up to 80. I usually tip my guy who picks me up at Heathrow 8 to 10%.
