Timing for Eiffel Tower regarding security line

Hello! I have 11:00am tickets for the Eiffel Tower in a few weeks. If you have gone recently, what time would you suggest that I get in the line for security? We plan to go to the Trocadero area earlier and take photos and hang out so we will be in the area. Just would love an opinion of how soon I should get to the line? I know days/times can vary. Thanks much. Between this trip and a home remodel my brain is a bit fried right now! Linda

Better get there early. Because there's construction in the area and you will have to go 'round.
I'd get in line for Security, and don't bring very much.
I'd go to the Eiffel Tower, first.
