Hi Everyone!
I now have a roundtrip train ticket from Paris-Vernon for the morning, but there are no morning tickets available at Monet's House. Does anyone know if additional tickets are added daily to the site? Tickets are only currently available for 1:30 p.m. on (for July 18)

Yes they do. Ticket holders use a different entrance than visitors waiting to buy a ticket. There is usually a very long line to buy a ticket.
I do need to ask about your transportation ticket. There is apparently construction on the line all that weekend so wondered about the validity of your ticket.
I couldn't buy a train ticket for Sunday, July 12, so I opted for Saturday, July 18, and that worked.
