The Vanoise Express -- where in Les Arcs?

I'm interested in riding The Vanoise Express, the double decker cable car between La Plagne and Les Arcs (and supposedly the largest in the world). But I'm having trouble working out the route and maps. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out if you can take the Funicular les Arcs in Bourg-Saint-Maurice first, ride it up into the mountains, and then connect to the Vanoise Express by walking over to it. But from which stop? I'm totally confused by all the Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 2000s, and if any of them are actually the Les Arcs containing the station for The Vanoise Express. Does anyone have experience in this region that can help?

FYI, this is strictly for sightseeing and to experience the region, scenery, vistas, etc. in late April/very beginning of May. We're not doing any actual skiing. And Bourg-Saint-Maurice is on a train route, which is why I'm focused on starting and ending there. Thanks!

Short answer is that you can't walk from the top of the funicular to the Vanoise Express.

It's actually a non-trivial distance between the two.

At that time of year, after ski season and before summer season, there may or may not
be buses that you can take to get between the two, and it is even quite possible the
Vanoise itself may be shut down for seasonal maintenance.

The Vanoise is in the hamlet of Peisey-Vallandry on the Les Arcs side, so that is where
you would need to go. On the La Plagne side, the gondola drops you off between the
hamlets of Les Coches and Montchavin. Those villages can be accessed via bus or taxi
from the Landry train stop, before BSM.

Consult a ski map for Paradiski (the marketing name for the combined Les Arcs/La Plagne ski
areas), and that will hopefully give you more detail on what I've noted.
