Terminal 1 CDG airport to Paris Gare Lyon

You have to take the CDGVAL free airport automated shuttle rail service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 to transfer to the Rer B train that goes to Paris. The ticket on Rer B is 10.50 euros.

You get off the RER B at Les Halles and cross the platform and take the RER A to Gare de Lyon.

There was a thread yesterday on the opposite direction of travel, but taxi, RER Train, or this bus are the normal options.
