Are there taxis at the St. Malo train station which go into the walled city itself (to hotels); specifically to porte St. Vincent entrance?

Yes there are outside the station. Or you can take the bus 17 which stops at the walls

Its also a straight forward and flat walk of about 20 mins, doing it on monday😀
