Sunday buses to Vaison la Romaine? Bus schedules.

I'm planning our trip to France & we may also visit Vaison la Romaine.

I have RS 'France' book (2015), & there is no link to the bus company either.

• Once on this website, scroll down to; ' Téléchargez les horaires des
  lignes TransVaucluse'

• Then click on; 'TransVaucluse ligne 4' ( line 4) to get a pdf of the
  bus schedules. It's all in French but not difficult to decipher.

• Sunday = Dimanche

• Check the 3rd column on the bus schedule to see the times the bus is
  available & departing from 'Gare SNCF' (train station). There is a
  bus departing at 10:35 & arriving in Vaison la Romaine( VlR) at 11:13
  or 11:15 depending on which stop you want.

• If you will be returning to Orange (on Sunday), it looks like the
  last bus departs VIR at 17:45 (check last column on the bus schedule;
  'Vaison la Romaine >> Orange')

I also read that it's best to take the train from Avignon to Orange then the bus to Vaison la Romaine.
We may visit Séguret too-- same bus route (line 4)

Where else are you planning to visit while traveling in Provence?

That note in the appendix of the book is referring you back to details in each individual town chapter. For Orange, see pages 150-151. From Avignon, the train to Orange is recommended as the first step.

The once-daily direct bus between Avignon and Vaison la Romaine, discussed recently on another thread, is confirmed by the TI to have been discontinued. So the connection in Orange is, indeed, the way to go.
