We plan on visiting Paris for the first time in June with our 3 kids under 10 and their grandma (6 total). We are looking for a set up with 2-3 true bedrooms and a living space. Ideally a king bed and two fulls. I know some hotels can do a suite with a connecting bedroom but most don’t have a living space and if they do, it’s $$$$$. Open to airbnb but would love specific recommendations of places people have stayed. I think an apartment rental through a company might be the way to go. Budget is flexible but looking for under $1500 a night. Any recommendations for specific places or companies?
I am also looking for recommendations on the best area for first timers to stay with kids. We don’t need to be in the most touristy area but something walkable with cool shops and restaurants and easy access to transportation would be great. Also, how many days in Paris if 1-2 will be spent at Disney? We have about a month total and plan on working on our way from Paris (or London depending on flights), through France and Italy and ending in Sardinia.
Thanks so much for any input! Searching this forum has already been so helpful!
I'd have a look at Guest Apartment Services (guestapartment.com).
They've been around forever and are above reproach. You're guaranteed a stellar experience with them. They have a good selection of apartments that would be suitable for your family.
I would look at Citadines St. Germain. I stayed there in April. Large rooms with kitchenettes and perfect location. They may have apartments that would work for your group. Don’t count on a room having two full beds. This would be very rare. Sofa beds are more likely.
Take a look at Paris Perfect. Years ago, I stayed in a large apartment offered by Paris Perfect. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the apartment and I think that they might have had a minimum age for that particular apartment so maybe it would not work for you. You are going during peak season so the larger apartments at Paris Perfect might be out of budget. One great thing thing about Paris Perfect is that they include a floor plan for their apartments so you can picture the layouts quite well. Also, I second the suggestion of Guest Apartment Services but with the same budget caveat.
We stayed in a 3 br, 2 bath apartment Airbnb in one of the outer arrondissements maybe 10-12 years ago which was terrific. I checked my history on the Airbnb app, but I couldn’t find. Sorry not to have the details, but want you to know there definitely are such places. Good luck!
JHK, the OP’s budget is €1,500 per night. That’s pretty generous. I would think that either that almost any apartment at Guest Apartment or Paris Perfect is going to come in under that budget.
You might check the websites of Citadine and Adagio:

I did not say that the budget was not generous just that some apartments at ParisPerfect and GAS might (note the use of might not will) be over the budget in June. And the budget is stated as $1,500 not €1,500.
I'm sorry, I honestly wasn't impugning your integrity, JHK. Just that not one of either of those company's apartments come in at $1,500 per night, even in June. I can't imagine the OP would have trouble finding a lovely apartment in the stated budget with either company, although I would book something sooner rather than later.
I do not feel at all like my integrity has been impugned. I know for a fact that at least three of the large apartments i.e. for six people at Paris Perfect cost over $1,500 per night in June because I just helped someone reserve a place for six people for a week in June of next year. The apartments for six that were available at Paris Perefct for my friend's visit ranged in price from just slightly above $1,000 per night to over $3,700. We looked at 12 apartments at Paris Perfect and seven of them were over $1,500 per night for the third week of June and thus I mentioned the possibility to the OP.
You're right, JHK.
