I plan to visit Narbonne on Thursday, which is a "Market day". I plan to arrive by 10:30 AM and have few hours to spend there before returning to Olonzac where we are based for our visit to Pays Cathare. I would appreciate any suggestions on key places to visit, parking, restaurants...

Take 20-30 minutes or so and go into the cathedral...it was only partially built but just the piece that was completed is quite stunning! It's fairly unique in Europe.
