Strasbourg - market hours?

Hello. We will be going to Strasbourg on May 7th for the day. Wondering how late the market on Place Jean Hans Arp stays open? We were hoping to stop by there on our way out of town to grab food items for dinner and our stay at our BnB in Ribeauville. We probably wouldn't be going back by there until about 530 or 6pm. Does it stay open that long by chance? Thanks.

With very few exceptions, street markets in France start to wind down by 1pm. That one is no exception according to my brief research.
