Hi - planning to visit Strasbourg in early October - we know the official Christmas markets won't be open until November - does anyone have any experience where some of them would be open before then ?

In early October? I don't think so. But it will be harvest time for the wine grapes.

Strasbourg is on my list for the holidays! But that's a tough time to travel for us. This is the one time I wish Christmas "started in October"! Ha!
