Strasbourg 2-3 days

We will be in Strasburg for two or three days in the middle of May. Looking for a recommendation for a good food tour, and of course, restaurants any other ideas would be appreciated. We are not overly mobile… So don’t bicycles and no hiking. Walking is fine, thanks so much for your help and ideas. We will not have a car.

There are wonderful Alsatian restaurants in Strasbourg that you should try.

Regarding Alsatian restaurants, la Maison des Tanneurs is very traditional and excellent. I really enjoyed dinner there in Feb this year.
If you like cheese, La Cloche à Fromage serves... only cheese, and excellent cheese at that.

Chez Yvonne was hands down.the best restaurant experience we had. It was sensational. Réservations are a must as they only have 2 seating services.

For non-Alsacien cuisine we loved Piano Grill. Excellent food and service. One of the best steaks of my life.

And for a hot chocolate fix, to the right of the cathédrale is Bistro Chocolat. Wow..they have at least 8 choices of succulent hot chocolate.

These sound like wonderful recommendations. Thank you so much. Did you by any chance take a wine tour while you were there? Also wondering about that.
