Staying in Bagnolet, Île-de-France, France

Has anyone stayed in Bagnolet, Île-de-France, France? In is just outside of Paris. Family and I are traveling to France in mid-June and looking for a reasonably price apartment to stay for 4 nights with 3 beds.

Thank you all - we are going to stay in Paris. I saw some inexpensive Airbnb's in that area - but have decided it is not worth the travel time.

Thanks

Where in Bagnolet? If it’s next to a metro stop, it’s just a little longer getting anywhere except Père Lachaise Cemetery ot Les Buttes Chaumont. For anything else add 20-30 minutes to your ride. You can’t run back during the middle of the day. If you aren’t near a metro stop or just over the peripherique from the Paris border, you’ll spend too much time getting back and forth. One other possibility from the burbs is having to take a bus to get to the closest metro stop, an absolute dealbreaker for me when on vacation. It’s time vs money.

I agree If it is close to the metro line 1 or the yellow line the better.
I have stayed in Saint Mande

Bagnolet is not near the Line 1. I mean, it's on the same side of town, but it's not NEAR it (I live about a three-minute walk from the Line 1 metro on that side of town - -and I'm probably a 10-minute bus ride to Bagnolet).

The only metro line that goes to Bagnolet is Line 3, which I find to not be especially convenient for getting to the main tourist sites without having to make a connection. What is your budget per night? There might be other better options than staying in Bagnolet.
