I am a senior with knee problems and would like to go up to level 2 of Sainte Chapelle. Could I use the lift/elevator?

Yes, but make sure you read this information; found on this helpful website: sagetraveling.com
You are supposed to make a reservation for assistance in advance, but I was able to get an escort to the elevator without it. According to one source, the elevator is not available on the weekends so plan your visit to occur during the week just to be safe. The bathrooms are accessible.

Hi
It is a old spiral stair case up one flight and one down. I can touch both left and right walls going up and down. Depends on how bad but it is only one flight
